After many years of innovating in the area of restoration and recovery , ROC has developed a method of collecting materials in water, taking the water out of the collected materials, putting fresh water back into the collected area, and taking the materials, drying it in separate dryers powered by green energy, and taking the materials to a second stage of separation where all material segregated into its different components. 

ROC will drill to subsurface areas and with its proprietary "boss" collection system, obtain material, much like an oil field recovers oil.  

The separation system is in-house designed and built. 

The flow of liquid can be high-volume and ROC wills still separate it from waters of any kind, including polluted water.   

Some of the benefits of the ROC system are:

1. Very low energy and green energy use avoids only drilling if needed and pumping is required.  The pump pressures are not significant.

2. No chemicals are used to frac or dissolve any chemical bonds.

3. All of the materials are segregated in the ROC separator system, a system on a continuous feed without acids or other chemicals. 

4. Environmental friendly system makes permitting and ongoing operations more economical and politically supported. 

5. All systems are scalable with the average liquid handling of 2 million gallons per day.  No down time for filter cleaning, maintenance is a replacement of cartridges which are cleaned and re-used.
